My Story: Growing up I had two dream jobs: to be a lawyer, or to be a writer for a magazine somewhere in NYC. When I was 16 I felt God nudging me toward ministry. It took me a while to accept it but when I finally did, I knew it was right. Because I never had going to Bible school in mind, I put off searching for one. My senior year came and I decided to go to a Bible School that was close to home. Then my spring semester of my senior year, I stumbled on SAGU’s website and I was enthralled… Bible School in Texas! A place with no snow! I convinced my parents to drive down for Campus Days and I had a blast. By the end of the weekend I knew this is where God wanted me and 5 months later I was moving in! I completely enjoyed my time as a student; building priceless relationships, being challenged spiritually and academically by my professors, and finding, quite simply: me. Five days after graduation I started my job as an Admissions Counselor and have been here just over a year! So…that’s my story, what’s yours?
