Today’s generation of college age students are on the verge of making some of the most important choices of their lives. These choices include choosing Jesus Christ as personal Savior, a college to attend, a career, and a life-partner. Most of us are simply naïve about how important the choice of a college is as it relates to these other life choices. It is clear from the literature, research, and experience that the choice of a college has much to do with all of these. ->MORE Making ContactEvery year, the Southwestern Missions Association (SMA) is instrumental in providing students with missions opportunities around the world. In the past, these trips have predominantly taken place over Spring Break. However, positive changes in the missions program include revising the manner in which the trips are conducted. ->MORE Two Lives United in MinistryIn 1952, James K. Bridges and Joyce Lee Sterling met in Houston, Texas. Their dating consisted of attending church services, revivals, youth rallies and street services in downtown Houston. Even though James became a traveling evangelist and Joyce a school teacher, they continued their dating by long distance. ->MORE |
