Regents Apartments

Our Regents Apartments are located on campus to house students with families taking 12 hours of on campus courses or 6 hours of distance ed. courses.  While single students may still apply ; priority will be given to  students with families needing housing.  Ten units with three apartments upstairs and downstairs create a cozy, safe area for socializing with others and relaxation.  With 670 sq. ft., a deposit of  $350 and rent of $525 per month, the following are included:

  • Stackable Washer and Dryer
  • Two Bedroom
  • One Bath
  • Refrigerator
  • Small Kitchen
  • High-speed Internet
  • Cisco IP phone system with voicemail

* Except for electric, all utilities are included in the monthly rate of $525 a month.
