Ancient studies delve into world civilations, the ancient near east, Israel in the ancient world and Christianity in the ancient and middle ages. You then dive into the discipline of archaeology accented by hand-on experience through the archaeology field project.

You also have the opportunity each year to hear from experts in the realm of biblical archaeology. The history department hosts annual biblical archaeology seminars to provide fresh findings.
