Assist students who may experience unexpected non-tuition-related expenses, such as car repairs, medical expenses, or natural disasters that would prevent them from completing the current semester.

Support the organization that provides leadership for the student body, along with many special events for the Nelson University campus.

Lions United is a partnership with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Athletes in Action.  Student athlete leaders under the direction of a campus sponsor learn how to lead huddles, recruit other athletes, impact the community for Jesus Christ. Discipleship is at the core of this on campus organization.

This service organization selects female Nelson University students based on scholarship and service to the University and hosts various campus events.

Kappa Delta Pi is an international honor society for Nelson University education majors.

This service organization consists of male Nelson University students committed to serving the University and community.

Mu Kappa provides an opportunity for cultural adjustment and a network of encouragement, fellowship, and understanding for children of missionaries.

Phi Alpha Theta is a professional society whose mission is to promote the study of history through encouraging research, good teaching, publication, and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians.

Phi Beta Lambda is a national organization for business students. It helps to develop competent and aggressive Christian businessmen and women at Nelson University.

Pi Kappa Lambda’s primary objective is the recognition and encouragement of the highest level of musical achievement and academic scholarship at Nelson University. Nelson’s Pi Kappa Lambda chapter is Kappa Xi.

Psi Chi encourages, stimulates, and maintains excellence in scholarship and advancing the science of psychology at Nelson University.

Sigma Iota Epsilon stimulates scholarship in management at Nelson University to gain recognition of the contribution and value of scholastic achievement in the management discipline and to promote cooperation between the academic and practical aspects of management.

Theta Alpha Kappa is the only national honor society for religious studies and theology and honors undergraduate and graduate Nelson University students of academic excellence.

Women of Ministry at Nelson educates about the biblical position of women, encourages each woman’s calling, empowers women to reach their full potential for successful ministry in all walks of life, and enables them to be the future women leaders within the Church.

Support Nelson University’s student-led organization that arranges mission trips worldwide, coordinates support to local ministries in the Waxahachie and DFW area, and establishes prayer groups on campus.
