Assemblies of God Grant
New on-campus students who attend an Assemblies of God church qualify for a special grant. The grant awards $500 per semester and can be renewed. Graduates can save up to $4,000 over the span of a four-year degree. If multiple grants apply, SAGU will award the grant that best benefits you. Grants cannot be combined. Awards vary by student.
Christian University
SAGU (Southwestern Assemblies of God University) is an accredited Christian university located in historic Waxahachie, Texas. Our main purpose as a Christian university is to prepare students for Christian leadership in their chosen vocations.

Our Financial Aid team goes above and beyond to help you secure grants, scholarships and other federal financial resources to make your college investment as affordable as possible. Students who graduate from our university graduate with 20% less debt on average than other private universities!
Choice
SAGU offers more than 70 Christian academic programs in liberal arts or Bible and church ministries. We will challenge you intellectually and spiritually as you learn how your field relates to your Christian purpose.
