Fine Arts Scholarships

SAGU is one of the most generous universities when it comes to scholarships for fine arts performance. Recipients can receive up to four scholarships, one for each year of participation. If you participated for more than four years, the four highest levels of achievement will be used.

• District – Superior (36-40 points): $600
• District – Award of Merit: $850
• Regional – Excellent (31-35 points): $1,000
• Regional – Superior (36-40): $1,200
• Regional – Top Ten: $2,000
• Regional – Group Award of Merit: $4,000
• Regional – Individual Award of Merit: $16,000 awarded at $4,000 per year**
• National – Excellent (31-35 points): $1,000
• National – Superior (36-40): $1,200
• National – Top Ten: $2,000
• National – Group Award of Merit: $4,000
• National – Individual Award of Merit: $16,000 awarded at $4,000 per year**

SAGU (Southwestern Assemblies of God University) is an accredited Christian university located in historic Waxahachie, Texas. Our main purpose as a Christian university is to prepare students for Christian leadership in their chosen vocations.

Affordability

Our Financial Aid team goes above and beyond to help you secure grants, scholarships and other financial resources to make your college investment as affordable as possible. Students who graduate from SAGU graduate with 20% less debt on average than other private universities.
