Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) was ranked by Online U for having one of the most affordable online Christian Counseling master’s programs in the nation!
SAGU offers a Master of Divinity (M.Div) with eight different specialization options including Counseling and Family Ministry . The two specialization options equip students with the knowledge and discernment to properly interpret scripture and helps them to develop critical thinking skills to navigate through biblical and contemporary theology and ethics.
Students pursuing these two options will able to pursue a career as a social worker, spiritual care counselor, rehabilitation counselor, and more! This program also prepares students to step into multiple ministry roles including that of a youth pastor, church planter, or ministry director.
In the Online U ranking, SAGU was ranked alongside several other notable universities such as Dallas Baptist University, Liberty University, and Missouri Baptist University.
