Schedule a Counseling Appointment
You can schedule an appointment by calling the Nelson Counseling Center at ext. 4721, coming by the office in person, or scheduling online through your client portal. The counseling center is located on the first floor of Bridges Hall.
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Register and Complete Your Intake Paperwork
Prior to your counseling appointment you will need to complete an intake and consent form. You may register and complete your intake documentation via the below link (estimated time 20 minutes). This will also allow you to schedule appointments through the online portal.
